Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information may be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us at oneava.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging (where applicable). We will investigate the matter with our courier and work to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Delivery Confirmation
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery in accordance with applicable South African law.
